Sharing an OpenEdge installation on a network
This section describes how you can use the Shared Network Installation Utility to provide multiple client access to a single copy of OpenEdge that is preinstalled on a network-accessible drive (server). The Shared Network Installation Utility is available to you provided you performed either a complete installation (which automatically installs the utility) or a custom installation (in which you install the NetSetup component) on the server machine. This chapter also describes the Silent Installation option for the Shared Network Installation Utility.
